Busy Kids

Joey had his 100th day of preschool.  It was a pretty big deal and these glasses still make me laugh.

Joey said, "I have a good idea mom.  Why don't you make me that hat you promised."  So I did and this is the one and only time he has put it on his head ; (

Layla is a very busy mama!

Joey had his 1st school dance...he had fun dancing with these two girls from his class ; )

Valentine's Day! 

They love helping Mama cook - we made cookies for Daddy this time.

Joey is very concerned with the health of Mama's plant.  He has his own plant at school that he takes care of so he makes sure the one at home is well taken care of too.

Hugs from a tired Daddy.  Working lots of early morning hours these days.

Layla dressed herself up and asked Daddy for a dance pary in the basement.  Oh no, a party girl already!

Go Packers!

 Mama's friend taught her how to crochet.  First project, a hat for Layla.

 Joey's spelling.  On top of his picture he spelled out, "I'm almost five."  He heard all of the right sounds, good job Joey ; )

 Jenna came to watch the Super Bowl with us.  Go Packers!

 During the hours of pre-game I made these brownies.  I can't take that much football.

 Daddy tiled the kitchen.  It took much longer than anticipated, but he did an excellent job.  Thanks Daddy!

Layla lost all her her Littlest Petshop animals so I bought her new ones.  I know, way to teach her responsibility.  But look how happy she is ; )  This is why she is naughty.
